Garlic Butter Air Fried Mushrooms
Serves: 4Prep time: 10 MinsCook time: 10 MinsINGREDIENTS
Garlic butter:
60g salted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 punnet Denny Brown Mushrooms
Herby drizzle:
45ml white wine vinegar
1 small green chilli, roughly chopped
1 small clove garlic
1 bunch fresh coriander
Pinch sea salt
45ml olive oil
To serve:
4 flatbreads or naans
180g hummus
Lemon wedges
Salt and pepper, to taste
METHOD
For the garlic butter:
Stir the melted butter, garlic and parsley together in a small bowl.
Preheat air fryer to 200˚C.
When hot, place the mushrooms in the airfryer basket.
Brush with the garlic butter.
Air fry for 5 - 7 minutes depending on the size of the brown mushrooms.
For the herby drizzle:
Place the vinegar, chilli, garlic, coriander and salt in a mini food processor.
Blitz until fine.
Add the olive oil and blend again until smooth.
To serve:
Air fry flatbreads / naans until warm.
Swish generously with hummus.
Top with garlic butter brown mushrooms.
Drizzle everything with the herby sauce and a little seasoning.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side and enjoy!
