Peanut or sesame oil, for frying
1 Tbsp ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 chilli, finely sliced
1 punnet DENNY Chopped Mixed Mushrooms
1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 cups spinach or bok choy, chopped into chunks
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup green/red peppers, sliced
1 x 415g DENNY Sweet & Sour Cook-In Sauce
Egg noodles, cooked

METHOD
Add some peanut oil in a wok and fry garlic, ginger and chilli on medium-high heat for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the vegetables into the pan and fry for a few minutes, tossing/mixing every so often, then set the cooked but still crunchy vegetables aside.
In a fresh batch of peanut oil, add DENNY Chopped Mixed Mushrooms to fry until golden brown. Return the cooked vegetables into the pan with the mushrooms.
Pour in the DENNY Sweet & Sour Sour Cook-In Sauce. Cook for a few minutes until thickened slightly.
Add cooked noodles to the sauce and mix until everything is well coated in the sauce.
Serve the stir fry and garnish with chopped spring onions or a sprinkle of toasted cashew nuts.
