Denny Creamy Stroganoff Scandinavian Swedish-Style Meatballs
Serves: 4-6Prep time: 25 minsCook time: 20 minsINGREDIENTS
500 g beef mince
2 Tbsp dried breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 t Dried garlic
1⁄4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 Small onion, finely chopped
Ground white pepper and salt, to taste
1 T olive oil
1 x 415 sachet of Denny Creamy Stroganoff Cook-In Sauce
Spring onion or chives to serve
METHOD
Mix the mince, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, nutmeg, onion and seasoning. Roll the mixture into balls.
Heat oil in a large skillet/pan and fry the meatballs in batches over a medium heat until cooked through and golden.
Pour over Denny Creamy Stroganoff Cook-In Sauce and simmer until bubbly.
Sprinkle with spring onion and serve over mashed potatoes.
