Honey & Mustard Chicken Thighs
Serves: 2-4Prep time: 15 minsCook time: 20 minsINGREDIENTS
1T x Oil
4 x Chicken thighs
250ml x Rice, pre-soaked for 15 minutes
1cup x Frozen Broccoli
1 x 415ml Sachet of Honey Mustard Cook-in Sauce
METHOD
Brown the chicken thighs in a pan with the oil
Remove the chicken and allow the pan to cool slightly before adding the rice, broccoli and finally the chicken on top.
Pour over the Denny Honey Mustard Cook-in Sauce
Cover with a lid and simmer until the rice and chicken are cooked, stirring occasionally
