Pasta Alla Korma
Serves: 3-4Prep time: 5minsCook time: 20 minsINGREDIENTS
1 sachet Denny Korma Flavoured Dry Pasta Sauce
• 200ml milk
• 200ml water
• Optional: 200g prawns or chicken strips, cooked
• 300g fettuccine or penne pasta, cooked al dente
• Fresh coriander or parsley, to garnish
METHOD
In a small saucepan, combine milk, water, and the DENNY Korma Flavoured Dry Pasta Sauce Powder. Whisk until the powder has fully dissolved.
Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until thickened and creamy.
Stir through cooked prawns or chicken and warm through for 2–3 minutes.
Toss the hot sauce through cooked pasta until evenly coated. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
